Tickets

 

What does my ticket include?
All weekend tickets include full festival entry from Friday to Sunday, plus access to the campsite.

​

Do I need to buy a camping ticket separately?
No. Camping is included with all weekend tickets.

​

Are tickets limited?
Yes. Tickets are released in limited tiers. Once a tier sells out, the next release will be available at a higher price.

​

Can I buy tickets on the gate?
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as availability on the gate cannot be guaranteed.

​

When will I receive my ticket?
Breakout Festival operates a name-on-the-door system. Physical tickets are not issued. Your ticket is linked to the name used when purchasing, so please bring valid photo ID when arriving. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.

​

Can I refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us and updating the booking name before the event.

​

Do you offer Companion Tickets?
Yes. We offer a free Companion Ticket for attendees who require assistance. Purchase your festival ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation and our team will arrange a complimentary Companion Ticket.

Camping

 

Is camping included?
Yes. Camping is included with all weekend tickets.

​

Can I bring a campervan?
Yes, but you'll need to purchase a Campervan Pass in addition to your festival ticket. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

​

Can I camp next to my car?
No. Standard parking is separate from the campsite unless you have a campervan pass.

​

Are there toilets?
Yes. Toilet facilities and essential campsite amenities will be available throughout the weekend.

​

How far is the campsite from the car park?
The campsite is a short walk from the main parking area. Full site maps will be released closer to the festival.

​

Can I bring a gazebo?
Yes, provided it is for personal campsite use and does not take up excessive space or obstruct neighbouring campers.

​

Can I bring a camping stove?
Yes. Camping stoves are permitted within the campsite for personal cooking. Please use them safely and responsibly. Open fires and disposable BBQs are not permitted.

​

Parking

 

Do I need a parking pass?
Yes. If you are bringing a vehicle, you will need to purchase a parking pass.

​

Is parking included with my ticket?
No. Parking passes are sold separately from festival tickets.

​

How long does the parking pass last?
Your parking pass covers the full festival weekend.

​

Festival Information

 

Where is the festival?
Breakout Festival takes place at Coxheath Farm, Camrose, Pembrokeshire, West Wales (SA62 6HG).

​

What time are arrivals and departures?
Arrivals are permitted between 11am and 10pm. Guests may leave the site at any time.

​

What time does the music run until?
Amplified music runs until 2am each night. Acoustic campfire sessions may continue later.

​

What time are the bars open?
Our licensed bars are open daily from 11am until 4am.

​

Will there be food and drink available?

A range of freshly prepared food will be available throughout the weekend, including:
Wood-fired pizzas, tacos and quesadillas from The Cookhouse Pembs  
Burgers and chicken dishes from Manorbier Castle Inn
Vegetarian and vegan options

 

Can I bring my own food?
Yes. Attendees are welcome to bring food for personal consumption.

Will there be drinking water available?
Yes. Free drinking water points will be available throughout the festival site.

​

Do I have to stay on site?
No. You are welcome to leave and re-enter the festival during gate opening hours (11am-10pm). Please keep your wristband on at all times.

​

What happens if it rains?
Breakout Festival will go ahead in all but the most extreme circumstances. Please come prepared for all weather conditions.

​

Will there be security and medical staff?
Yes. Professional security, welfare and medical teams will be on site throughout the festival.

​

Alcohol Policy

 

Weekend Ticket Holders:
You may bring either:

Up to 12 cans of beer, cider, lager or pre-mixed drinks (max 440ml each), or

Up to 1.5 litres of wine

​

Day Ticket Holders:
No alcohol may be brought into the festival.

 

Please note:

No spirits permitted

No glass bottles or containers

No alcohol re-entry

Excessive quantities may be confiscated

Alcohol is not permitted in the arena​

Day Tickets

 

Will day tickets be available?
Day tickets will be released closer to the festival, subject to availability.

​

What does a day ticket include?
Day ticket holders have access to the festival for their chosen day only and must leave the site at the end of the event each night.

​

Please note:

No camping included

No tents or camping equipment permitted

No alcohol may be brought into the festival

Re-entry is permitted during gate opening hours

Accessibility

 

Is the festival accessible?
We are committed to making Breakout Festival as accessible as possible. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us before attending so we can discuss how best to support you.

​

Age Restrictions

 

Are under 18s allowed?
No. Breakout Festival is a strictly 18+ event. Valid photo ID will be required upon entry.

​

Are dogs allowed?
No dogs are permitted on site, except registered assistance dogs.

​

Rules & Safety

 

What items are prohibited?

Illegal drugs and psychoactive substances

Weapons of any kind

Glass bottles or containers

Fireworks, flares and explosives

Generators

Personal sound systems

Disposable BBQs and open fires

Drones (unless authorised)

Any item deemed dangerous by festival security

All persons and belongings may be subject to security searches upon entry.

Payments

 

Does the festival accept cash?
Yes. Most bars, traders and vendors will accept both cash and card payments, although card payments are preferred.
