"Do As We Say" - Richard Says "The theme of this year’s show is Connections. Connections can be made or lost and broken. Looking through my materials I saw that I had the word Dad, and this made me realise that here was a connection I had lost, my dad having died 10 years ago. That made me think of other connections that I had lost or broken, and I tried to find materials to illustrate them. So, the overall feel of the picture is of melancholy and sadness when thinking of those Connections which I have lost or broken."
 
Richard Blacklaw-Jones lives and works in Pembrokeshire. He has been making pictures from found man made materials for over 20 years. He has exhibited widely and regularly and is beginning to make his name as Wales’ premier POP artist.
